PMMIC is managed by a Board of Directors.

Ronald L. Burmeister is Chairman of the Board.  He is President, CEO, and Director of HBE Holdings LLC.  Ron is also founder and President of Carriage Development, Inc., a real estate development and management company located in Eldridge, Iowa.  He founded Robur, Inc., a petroleum marketership, in 1975.  That company, through a series of mergers, has become a part of Molo-Quint, one of the largest distributors in the Midwest, also located in Eldridge.  He is a past President of the Petroleum Marketers of Iowa, former Vice Chairman of the Board of Valley Bank, Eldridge, and has served on numerous other community boards and committees.  He is a member of the Executive Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Underwriting Committee.  Mr. Burmeister has served on the board since 2001.  His term expires in 2010.

M.J. Dolan is an attorney who serves as the Executive Director of the Iowa Association of Community College Trustees in Des Moines, Iowa.  She was the Director of Risk Management for Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines and also worked for Wells Fargo Bank Iowa, Inc., in Participant Funds Group and for the Iowa Association of School Boards, managing a variety of risk management programs designed by and for Iowa schools.  M.J. also worked as the education, health and insurance administrative assistant to Governor Terry E. Branstad.  M.J. serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.  She is a member of the Audit Committee and the Investment Committee.  Ms. Dolan has served on the board since 2000.  Her term expires in 2012.

Richard D. Johnson is the former Auditor of State for the State of Iowa from 1979 to 2002.  Before being elected Auditor of State, Johnson worked for the CPA firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., and also served as Director of Audits with the Auditor of State, Director of Finance in the Iowa Highway Commission, Director of the Administrative Division in the Iowa Department of Transportation, and Director of the Motor Vehicle Division within DOT.  He is a former Trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation, past President of the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers (NASACT) and the National State Auditors Association (NSAA), and he served on the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of CPAs.  Mr. Johnson has also been City Clerk and Mayor of Sheldahl and is past President of the Iowa League of Municipalities.  He is the Treasurer of PMMIC and serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.  Mr. Johnson has served on the board since 2000.  He has been nominated for a new three-year term which expires in March of 2011.

Ron McGauvran is a second-generation petroleum marketer in Clinton.  He owns Dormac Oil Company.  A 1955 graduate of Bradley University, he has served the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Petroleum Marketers of Iowa as President and the Petroleum Marketers Association of America as North Central Regional Vice President.  McGauvran was a two-term elected member of the Eastern Iowa Community College District prior to Governor Branstad appointing him to Iowa's State Board of Education in 1988 where he served as President for five of seven years.  In December 2004, he concluded his nine-year service on the board of Mercy Medical Center-Clinton as Chairman.  He is currently a member of Clinton's Gateway State Bank board.  He serves on PMMIC's Executive Committee and the Underwriting Committee.  McGauvran has served on the board since 2000.  His term expires in 2010.
